What is a lactose intolerance?
Lactose intolerance is a reaction after eating or drinking foods that contain lactose. Symptoms involve the gut and can include diarrhoea nausea, flatulence, abdominal pain and/or bloating. These usually occur 30 to 120 minutes after lactose ingestion.

How is lactose intolerance
To diagnose lactose intolerance, the most common methods used include: Hydrogen Breath Test (drinking oral lactose dose of 25-50 grams fasted) or Trial of Lactose-free Diet ( two-week period)
