What is Gut Dysbiosis?

Gut dysbiosis is an imbalance in the types of bacteria in the gut. It is a loss of beneficial microbial organisms and expansion of potentially harmful ones. Greater abundance in bad bacteria has been linked with the development of gut conditions, mental health disorders, metabolic health conditions as well as nurological conditions.
